Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you have not received your ordered item by our promised delivery time, you are eligible for a full refund. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We understand that sometimes plans may change and orders may need to be canceled. On our part, we will try to accommodate your requests as best as we can.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase. Since most orders begin processing immediately, there is a short window in canceling an order. To cancel your order, please email your cancellation request with your order number to us at email@example.com.
Important: You cannot cancel an order if it has been longer than 60 minutes since you placed the order.
If a paid order is cancelled, we will automatically process a refund back to your mode of payment.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. It means that you have 30 days from the date that you received the goods to return us.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final. If 30 days have gone by since you received the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (35 days excluding 1-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
You do not qualify for a refund in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Anna Kors (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of AnnaKors.com
Oftentimes, we follow these rules to handle your refund:
- Shipping time too much long: full refund
- Shipping unsuccessful, and return to seller: full refund
- Send the wrong goods: full refund
- Damage during the shipping: full refund
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
